The Push Trolley is designed to be attached to the flange of steel beams or gantry cranes to act as a lifting point for chain blocks, hoists, and lifting tackle. The included washers can be moved to either side of the main brackets to adjust the width. The push trolley is adjustable to fit standard or wide flange I-beam tracks. With a simple push! The dual wheels are designed for a straight or tapered beam track and work on both straight and curved tracks. Featuring a durable powder coat finish and pre-lubricated sealed bearings to withstand heavy use, it is an ideal material handling tool for warehouses, garages and other industrial areas.
This push trolley is used for long traversing distance. The push trolley’s central shaft is pivot mounted which assures smooth travel of the load. As the trolley moves across the beam, the wheels and side plates are free to pivot on the beam as they encounter irregularities such as welded joints. The pivot keeps an even load on all four wheels. The push trolley is adjustable to any beam width from 4 to 8 inches(2T), simply by adjusting the number of collar rings. High-grade sealed ball bearings are used in all trolley wheels for ease of operation. The side plates of the push trolley are extended beyond wheel flanges to provide bumper protection.
